Gorillaz is back! Blur's Damon Albarn's "side" project band who is also closing this year's continental and very hype Coachella festival is dropping the video for the "Plastic Beach" album first release: "Stylo" adding a very high caliber video dimension to the song that had already leaked about a month ago. Track features crooner and RnB legend Bobby Womack on the Chorus and Brooklyn finest Mos Def for a great soulfull but yet demented road-trip feel. On the album Mos Def is even granted with an animed character named “Sun Moon Stars”... interesting. "Plastic Beach" is due to drop next week march 9th so stay tuned (tracklist below).
Gorillaz est de retour! Après l'excellent Demon Days, les attentes sur ce nouvel album "Plastic Beach" sont forcément assez hautes. Aujourd'hui c'est le clip du titre "Stylo" qui débarque sur la blogosphère. Comme d'habitude la dimension vidéo nous en mets plein la vue avec un court métrage à 100 à l'heure avec en plus un caméo de Bruce Willis lui même. Sur ce morceau extrait de l'album à venir "Plastic Beach" on retrouve le crooner Bobby Womack ainsi que le versatile rappeur de Brooklyn, Mos Def, qui fait même l'objet d'un nouveau personnage animé appelé "Sun Moon Stars" "Plastic Beach" sort le 9 mars prochain (tracklisting ci-dessous).
